Environmental & Social Expert

We are pursuing an opportunity for 3 road sections in Bihar, to be delivered in 2 phases (Part A: Development and Pre-Construction Activities, Part B: Construction Activities) for 3 sections. The engagement scope involves

• Phase I: DPR Monitoring, Project Structuring, Financing, Transaction Support and Bid Process Management
• Phase II: Technical Advisory, Planning and Monitoring, Cost and Budget Control, Contract Administration and Claims Assessment/ Support, Disputes, etc.

We are looking for an expert with the following criteria:

• Post Graduate
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields in similar capacity
• Experience in at least 1 PPP project (highway/bridge) in similar capacity
• Experience in mitigation measures
• Must be conversant with R&R in highway projects
• Experience of at least one project for minimum 2 years in R&R policy
