Looking back now on the year 2007, it may seem hard to believe that the small firm dedicated to improving access to business opportunities and forming partnerships to implement sustainable development projects would grow to become the market leader in informational services and research tools, but that is the winding path that DevelopmentAid has followed. Thanks to the extraordinary vision and dedication of the company’s CEO and hard-working staff, DevelopmentAid is now proud to serve a key role in making the world a better place through sustainable development projects and initiatives.
One of DevelopmentAid’s core missions is to continuously improve and deliver better services and more powerful research tools for our customers. In just the last year alone, we have:
- Optimized the platform to become even more efficient and quicker to deliver results.
- Monitored and processed 380 sources for jobs, including 50 new ones.
- Increased our database to 560 donor agencies and organizations that offer grants (funding sources) and tenders (business opportunities), with 90 new sources added in 2023 alone.
- Implementing world-class encryption and 99.9% uptime encrypted servers for round-the-clock reliability and security.
- Created a brand-new membership tier to support smaller NGOs operating on limited budgets.
- Formed historic partnerships with national governments to boost local small and medium-sized local enterprises (SMEs).
- Developed a pricing strategy toolkit for efficient bid management.
- Launched a matchmaking service (Call4Partners) for forming partnerships and consortia to implement joint ventures.
- Built a database containing a wealth of information on awards and shortlists for previous projects.
- Implemented a one-click option for exporting data to Microsoft Excel format.
- Expanded to over 50 our list of strategic business partners.
- Augmented our research tools with auto-generated charts and graphs.
- Implemented dozens of small improvements to make our search tools even more powerful and deliver better, more targeted results.
