ACODEA is the first aggression of international cooperation for Spanish-speaking development. Responding to the concept of agriagency, ACODEA was born in 2009 from the initiative of two representative organizations of the agricultural sector of their country of origin, UPA and FADEMUR, with the objective of supporting the development of cooperatives and producer organizations, mainly in America.
