Steph'Andava is a secular French association which works for the development of the Andavadoaka region, 200 kilometers north of Tulear in south-west Madagascar, one of the poorest areas on the planet.

Convinced that education is the basis of everything, Steph'Andava finances and organizes French lessons for children, accompanies and supports local teachers and provides logistical and technical assistance for development.
