Description

The European Union is present as close as possible to citizens through the representations of the European Commission in the capital of each of the Member States of the European Union and sometimes in another large city. In France, there is a Representation in Paris and a Representation in Marseille.

Our main missions are:

informing the written and audiovisual press about European news, by distributing press releases, organizing press conferences at the Representation and answering journalists questions;
the early warning from the European Commission headquarters in Brussels on the state of the European debate in France, as well as the monitoring and reporting of news in France having an impact on European Union policies.
