The Innovation Pole of Genetic Genetics and Biology ( POLO GGB ) was founded in 2011 with the aim of providing services to universities, industries and diagnostic laboratories in the fields of genomics, genetics, bioinformatics. Today the company has three laboratories to its credit, each equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructures: The Genomics and Bioinformatics laboratory , in Tuscany (Siena) at the bio-incubator of the Toscana Life Sciences Foundation, the Genetics & Ecology laboratory and that of Immunology in Umbria (Terni). The continuous investment in Research and Development, a flexible organizational structure and a company activity aimed at quality improvement and customer satisfaction allow them to ensure personalized services supported by state-of-the-art infrastructures and highly qualified personnel.
POLO GGB promotes the dissemination of knowledge in the field of genetics and genomics by organizing scientific seminars and training courses in the areas of its competence.
