Louis Berger has had a presence in the Western Balkans since the 1970s. We developed extensive experience across various markets in that period, including transportation (roads, bridges, rail, ports, and airports), environment (water, wastewater, and solid waste), buildings and facilities, and economic and institutional development.

In the last 20 years, our firm has completed over 120 contracts for public and private sector clients. Our work spans all project stages, from master plans, financing, and pre-feasibility studies through conceptual, preliminary design, design for construction permits, and design for execution of the works, to construction supervision and maintenance.

Louis Berger (LB Adria) team consists of driven employees and skilled associates from a range of backgrounds, including civil, mechanical, electrical, process engineering, topographical and other survey, quality control, occupational health and safety, economics, social issues, traffic engineering, IT, translation and administration.
