Nutrition without Borders (Nutrición Sin Fronteras)

The mission of Nutrition without Borders is to contribute to reducing nutrition inequalities throughout the world from the perspective of cooperation, training, empowerment, and promotion of the balanced use of the world’s food resources and solidarity amongst peoples of all nations.

• Working with the model of cooperation where immigrants themselves participate in the development projects aimed at their communities of origin (co-development).
• Empowering health and education professionals on nutrition and food related matters in countries or populations that suffer from poverty and/or social exclusion, or are in a humanitarian crisis.
• Informing the immigrant population and the health and education professionals in our setting about cultural diversity, food and nutrition, through which mutual understanding and communication is stimulated.
• Supporting other NGOs, institutions and national or international organs in nutritional and food related matters, which are critical to improve the development of every human life in any place throughout the world.
