Site analysis and appraisals
 
Inpolis Urbanism creates needs and location analyzes as well as reports on socio-spatial and economic issues. From the street or area to the district to a city or entire region. Every place has qualities that need to be promoted. During the analysis, we attach particular importance to capturing all relevant perspectives. Here, too, our focus is on the needs of the people who live in and shape these spaces.

Concepts, strategies and evaluations
 
Inpolis Urbanism develops tailor-made planning concepts in order to formulate strategic goals and sustainable measures for its clients. We know from experience that the perception and development of locations can only be positively influenced if the work on and the implementation of planning concepts is understood as a participatory task. That is why we analyze long-term visions and the associated goals together with the actors involved. We design strategies for these by formulating concrete measures. This results in dialogue-capable location development concepts that can be implemented by committed stakeholders. We offer evaluations for the conception, further development and quality assurance of various measures.

Process moderation and management
 
Inpolis Urbanism supports and accompanies its clients, as required, in all project phases. With our process management, we ensure that the concepts and strategies developed are put into practice effectively and economically. In addition to the focus on efficient processes, we attach particular importance to mediation between the various groups involved. We motivate actors to make use of their right to have a say and help to develop strategies together and to continue to pursue them in a targeted manner. With a high understanding of different needs, Inpolis Urbanism supports the client in these processes as a moderator and as a communicative interface.

Citizen participation and network building
 
Inpolis Urbanism promotes the creation and management of networks that serve to strengthen social structures, the local economy and governance processes. We help to set up networks organizationally, align them strategically and position them locally. Lived inclusion and participation are also the basis of all actions in network building and citizen participation. In order to meet these demands, we work with different addressee-related forms of communication and organization. By strengthening networks, we achieve an exchange between the various actors at a location and facilitate cooperation, which is essential for sustainable location development.
