Premium Performance Consultancy (PPC) headquartered in Kabul – Afghanistan, and with an active presence in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan, is a registered management consulting firm in Afghanistan under the MoIC-ACBR license number 74865. PPC provides advisory and implementation services to bilateral/multilateral donors, public entities, and non-profit organizations. PPC is a ‘Social Enterprise’ established to enable development partners to find simple, innovative, cost-efficient, and sustainable solutions to development challenges. 

Managed by a team of around 60 experienced Afghans in Kabul and regional offices, with the ability to engage additional project-based team members as needed for project implementation across the country, PPC has the structure and capacity to manage international projects locally in culturally appropriate ways effectively.
