VDI Zentrum Ressourceneffizienz (VDI ZRE)

The VDI Center Resource Efficiency (VDI ZRE) is a company of VDI Group and is funded by the National Climate Initiative of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment.

Purpose of the center is to prepare information on environmental technologies and materials and energy efficient process solutions to understand. This should especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are supported in increasing their resource efficiency. The thematic focus is currently on the industrial production and construction.

With more efficient use of resources companies secure their competitive position and the jobs during operation. The VDI Centre for Resource Efficiency structures existing specialist knowledge on the basis of major industries in the processing sector. The range is continually being expanded allowing for new sectors to be constantly added.
