Management African Got Talent Project headquartered in Nairobi,Kenya, is a youth-focused organization that seeks to empower talented individuals in Kenya and across Africa. It is committed to enhancing local conditions by nurturing and developing young talents in disadvantaged communities.MAGTP as a non-profit organization, focuses on guiding and supporting young talents in developing countries, helping them to explore their talents and achieve their potential.

Our areas of operation are Nairobi,Mombasa,Samburu,Turkana & Wajir County

To fulfill our mission, we actively seek funding through sponsorships, grant applications, and partnerships with public funds, international organizations, and other foundations.

Our core objective is to provide guidance and support to promising young talented individuals in Africa’s developing regions, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges, to help them fulfill their aspirations.

Our Specialty

Our main activities involve identifying talented youth and connecting them with appropriate mentors. We are dedicated to crafting individualized plans for each participant, encompassing educational pathways, mentorship programs, and financial assistance.
