We have established, managed and worked in a variety of fast-paced Program Management Office (PMO) environments supporting high-visibility government and corporate projects. Too often, PMOs are hamstrung by internal rivalries that cause them to be ineffective outside of their department or silo of responsibility. We have designed and implemented proven strategies that help PMOs improve performance throughout the enterprise by establishing company-wide procedures, developing tools and leveraging lessons-learned.
