The mission of the organization is: to contribute at ensuring sustainable and integrated community development throughout the whole territory of the country by offering solutions to a wide range of socio-economic problems; to increase local community involvement in identifying and implementing solutions to overcome the problems of social, economic, and environmental education; to develop a sustainable economy at the micro and macro level and to stimulate strategies and integrated plans for sustainable urban development.
