Description

Le Parlement européen dispose d’une structure d'accueil dénommée "Wayenberg " gérée par un opérateur économique privé et actuellement autorisée pour 290 enfants, âgés de 3 mois à 4 ans. Au 1er janvier 2024, la population de la crèche Wayenberg était de 260 enfants. Pour assurer le suivi médical de ces enfants, le Parlement européen a recours aux services d’un médecin spécialiste en pédiatrie. Un contrat de prestation de service en pédiatrie est actuellement en cours et se terminera le 31 décembre 2024. L’objet de cette procédure de marché est la continuation de ces prestations de pédiatrie au profit de l’ensemble des enfants fréquentant la structure susnommée et dont les parents travaillent pour le Parlement européen ou le Médiateur européen. Le contrat issu de cette procédure devra débuter le 1er janvier 2025 et il se terminera au plus tard le 31 décembre 2028. Le marché a une durée totale de quatre années. L’exécution du marché ne commencera qu’à partir du moment où le contrat-cadre sera signé. Tout renouvellement contractuel sera effectué conformément aux conditions fixées dans le contrat. Le marché a une valeur d’environ 704 heures par année, réparties sur 44 semaines, à raison, en principe, de maximum quatre demi-journées de 4 heures par semaine au sein de la crèche Wayenberg.
