A National IT firm to develop National Registry for Emission Allowances & Carbon Credits for Viet Nam

Objectives: The main objective is to deliver a comprehensive and detailed design and establishment of National Registry for greenhouse gas emission allowances and carbon credits in Viet Nam. This involves working closely with UNDP, Department of Climate Change (MONRE), International ETS Expert, International IT Expert, and National Carbon Market Expert to design, develop, customize, test, and document the National Registry System. The project targets launching a demo version and providing strategic support for effective registry design, build, and handover in collaboration with domestic and international stakeholders.
