LRPS-2025-9197185 – BaselineEndline Education & Nutrition Assessment in Biak Papua

Objectives: The tender LRPS-2025-9197185 is for conducting a baseline and endline assessment within the education and nutrition program titled “Enhancing the Quality of Learning, Nutrition and Wellbeing for Children in Biak Numfor District Papua Province”. This program, funded by the Government of Japan, focuses on assisting young children aged 4-12 to gain access to sustainable quality learning, nutrition, and wellness opportunities in ECD centers and primary schools in Biak Numfor District. The program is structured around three key components: delivering nutritious meals and essential nutrition services to children, supporting early learning for teachers and parents to improve literacy and numeracy skills and nutrition awareness, and strengthening governmental capacity to sustain school meal provisions and improve education quality over a 2-year period. The assessment aims to establish baseline data on education and nutrition indicators, identify gaps in literacy, numeracy, and development among children, address factors affecting program delivery, and assess impact and sustainability.
