Provision of Travel Management Services for the UN Agencies in Kazakhstan

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Kazakhstan, representing multiple UN Agencies, has initiated a tender to establish a Long-Term Agreement for the provision of Travel Management Services. This involves managing travel arrangements for agency staff and affiliates, including flights, accommodations, and related services for a period covering 2025-2028. The initiative aims to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable travel solutions that align with UN travel policies, support official missions, and cater to various travel needs such as official trips, emergency travel, and project site visits.
