National Consultant for the development of one GCF Concept Note in Morocco

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to engage a National Consultant to develop a Green Climate Fund (GCF) Concept Note in Morocco, focusing on climate water-resilient investments. The consultancy aims to align with GCF programming priorities and Morocco's climate action priorities, encompassing stakeholder consultations, project idea development, and selection of an Accredited Entity to secure project commitment. The project also seeks to build institutional capacities for climate finance programming, develop project pipelines, and enhance strategic frameworks to facilitate water and climate resilience investments.
