Elaboración de un estudio sobre barreras y estrategias de acceso al financiamiento para soluciones habitacionales adecuadas en hogares de ingresos bajos y medios bajos (HIByMB), con énfasis en mujeres, en población diversa (PI, AD, y PcD) y población migrante en Perú

Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations include consulting firms registered in countries or territories that are members of the Inter-American Development Bank. These entities must have proven experience, particularly over 10 years, in conducting studies related to financing and housing access policies within the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Experience specific to Peru is highly regarded. Firms are required to have a Business Partner Number registered on the Bank's procurement portal to participate in the tender. The consultancies may partner as a consortium or joint venture but must designate a lead firm responsible for communications and submissions. Additionally, the core team must include a Project Coordinator with at least 15 years of relevant experience and other specialists in housing policy, finance, and social inclusion. Firms should have a budget of up to $70,000, including tax considerations, for the detailed consultancy work outlined within the tender document.
