Engineering /design, construction and author's supervision/ for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building of the "Boycho Brunzov" Sports Hall with identifier 07079.601.83.1 under the CCCR of the city of Burgas, located in UPI V, quarter 3, according to the plan of the residential complex "Zornitsa" and renovation of the adjacent space

Objectives: The tender aims to implement energy efficiency measures in the 'Boycho Brunzov' Sports Hall located in Burgas, Bulgaria. This will be achieved through engineering/design services, construction, and author supervision. The project involves preparing an investment project, executing construction and installation works, and providing author supervision to ensure adherence to energy efficiency protocols. The initiative seeks to align with sustainability and smart urban infrastructure goals as part of the regional development program for 2021-2027, funded partly through the European Regional Development Fund and the Municipality of Burgas’ budget.
