Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from member countries or territories of the Inter-American Development Bank, including nations like Colombia, Chile, the United States, Canada, and several European and Asian countries, as well as specific territories like Guam and Aruba. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience and technical expertise in similar projects. Compliance with registration requirements on the IDB's BEO Procurement Portal is mandatory, including updating their Business Partner Number. Firms may collaborate through a consortium or joint venture, designating one as the representative for communications. All expressions of interest should be submitted in PDF format, and those interested are encouraged to ensure all registration data is complete and current to participate. The estimated budget for the consultancy services is $35,000 USD. The duration of the consultancy is set for a maximum of 6 months.
