Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender must be legally constituted firms with a proven track record in developing and implementing web-based software solutions, particularly those involving large-scale integration and interoperability, over the last 15 years. Organizations can be based in any country specified as eligible under the Inter-American Development Bank policies. Firms must demonstrate at least 8 years (96 months) of experience in executing projects related to the design, development, and implementation of KPIs or dashboards, integration mechanisms (e.g., Web Services, APIs), and artificial intelligence technologies. Additionally, firms must show 5 years (60 months) of experience in automating processes and integrating systems using iBPMS tools, within sectors such as services, finance, industry, or manufacturing. Joint ventures or associations are encouraged to improve qualifications, and thorough documentation of past projects, client satisfaction, deliverables, and project timelines is required. The tender is open to joint ventures, and the nationality of the lead firm will determine eligibility for participation in the shortlisting process. Expressions of interest must be submitted by July 18, 2025.
