ToR_Consultancy_Emergency preparedness TOT

Objectives: This consultancy aims to develop a comprehensive Training of Trainers (ToT) program to enhance emergency preparedness and response skills among up to 30 participants. The focus will be on emergency planning, community engagement, and inclusive response, incorporating cross-cutting themes such as gender considerations and strategies for vulnerable groups. The initiative integrates participatory methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability. Materials will be in Arabic to ensure contextual relevance, covering emergency principles, response roles, and facilitation skills.
