The Government of Republic of Angola has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Science and Technology Development Project (STDP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Furniture and Equipment, including Related Services, for the Science and Technology Park in Luanda.

The African Development Bank is a regional multilateral development finance institution, established in 1963, with a mandate to further economic development and social progress of African countries, individually and collectively. 80 member countries including all the 54 African countries and 26 non-African countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia own the Bank.
Covers general goods and services that support daily operations, facilities management, and basic institutional needs.
Focuses on strengthening safety and security systems while supporting conflict prevention, stabilization, and long-term peacebuilding efforts.
