Career Coaching & Mentorship Programme

Eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants for this tender include consultancy firms or consultants with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in career coaching and mentorship. These organizations must demonstrate a history of successful implementation of learning and development programs that have had a measurable impact. Applicants should be capable of providing a pool of external career coaches and mentors and must showcase a robust network of industry professionals for collaborative opportunities. Proposals must include CVs of key individuals, outline team structure, summarize relevant experience, describe approach to fulfilling Services, and provide a detailed work plan. Proposals should also present an itemized budget for professional fees and reimbursable expenses, comply with taxation policies between Kenya and the Consultant’s country of residence, and address mandatory requirements for experience, learning and development efficacy, and timeline adherence. Submissions are capped at six pages, exclusive of annexures, and must be sent electronically to the specified email by the deadline.
