  • The Republic of Srpska/Bosnia and Herzegovina has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Emergency Covid-19 Project -  Republic of Srpska Part, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Medical Equipment.
  • The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Medical Equipment:
  1. CT systems - 1 pcs;
  2. Automatic Syringe - 1 pcs;
  3. Stationary Digital X-Ray Device - 2 pcs;
  4. Stationary Analog X-Ray Device - 1 pcs;
  5. Mobile Digital X-Ray Device - 15 pcs;
  6. Ultrasound - 5 pcs; and
  7. Patient Monitors - 100 pcs.

to be delivered to the Republic of Srpska/Bosnia and Herzegovina (as defined in the Distribution List), within seventy five (75) days.

  • Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using  Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 1, 2016, and revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republic of Srpska and inspect the bidding document during office hours (08.00-15.30) at the address given below:
