Senior Manager Humanitarian Assistance
(based in The Hague)
Cordaid's Humanitarian Team is looking for a Senior Manager, who is both leading the team and when necessary joins the team in delivering the humanitarian program. With the team you will further position Cordaid's humanitarian worldwide mandate within the organization and within our networks. This means working at the Dutch office, with Cordaid's Country offices and with Cordaid's worldwide operating Caritas and ACT Alliance networks.

Cordaid aims to deliver all humanitarian assistance in partnership with local actors. We believe in local capacity and leadership and are developing equitable partnership approaches and adapting our role towards facilitating national and local partners to take a leading role. All of our humanitarian programming aims to be of high quality and to meet international standards (CHS, Sphere etc.)
What you do
You will answer to the International Director Business Development & Innovation and will collaborate with Cordaid’s Country Directors and managers of other departments to develop humanitarian strategies and portfolio. You will represent Cordaid’s humanitarian program in our humanitarian networks and alliances.
