“Water supply and sewerage systems in the Bukhara region (Phase II)”
Qualifications and Experience Requirements: The International Project Manager (PM) must have at least 15 years of extensive international experience in organizing and implementing water supply and sanitation projects in similar geographic settings, as well as working with international experts and national authorities; have solid experience in projects financed by international donors (AIIB, ADB, World Bank, etc.), or extensive experience working in the public or private sector at the international level.
A candidate for the position of Project Manager (PM) must have a Master's degree in civil or hydraulic engineering or equivalent.
Experience in procurement and construction supervision is also required.
The candidate must have strong leadership and team-building skills.
The candidate must have excellent project management and communication skills, experience in project management with a team of international and local experts.
The candidate must demonstrate, that he/she has held a similar position in at least three similar projects.
The candidate must have proven knowledge of the implementation of a contract based on FIDIC and / or AIIB terms.
The potential candidate must have verbal and written communication skills in English.
