Objective:

The project focuses on delivering a structured training and knowledge-transfer program in Tajikistan, ensuring that the planning, procurement, and maintenance of complex road and bridge infrastructure align with international standards.

Position: Team Leader / Capacity Building Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the design and delivery of a structured capacity-building program under the Project in Tajikistan. The role combines training needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery management for multi-stream trainings (engineers, students, workers), and organization of two overseas study tours with strong reporting and quality assurance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall assignment and manage coordination with the Client
• Supervise Training Needs Assessment and training strategy
• Oversee quality control of all training materials and delivery
• Coordinate study tours and final reporting.

Candidate Requirements 

• Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in managing capacity building or institutional development projects
• Proven experience in leading international donor-funded assignments in the transport sector
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and report writing skills.

Assignment Details

Location: Remote with international missions to Dushanbe.
