Asian based virtual Health Policy Decentralisation Consultancy for ISD Cambodia

Asian regional Health Policy Expert required to provide expert knowledge on existing regional and/or global models and options for further delegating public administrative health functions from provincial to district level and collaboratively support Cambodian stakeholders during an option development and trail implementation leading to policy formulation. Consultancy through virtual collaboration expected to be based in the Asian region.
