Which payment methods are accepted?
You can make an online payment using a VISA, MasterCard or AMEX card or via PayPal. Online payments are processed securely by 2checkout.com or PayPal. Alternatively, you can make a bank or Western Union transfer.

What is the difference between a recurring and a one-off payment?
Recurring billing offers the benefit of convenience. Instead of having to repeatedly provide billing details, you can initially choose to authorize 2checkout.com to keep your card details on file and charge the card on the expiry date to automatically renew membership. Recurring subscription guarantees the same membership fee. A one-off payment activates membership for one year and requires manual renewal at the expiry date.
How can I update my recurring payment details?
If you made a payment by credit card via 2checkout.com, locate the order by entering the order number and either your zip code or the last six digits of your credit card.

How can I cancel/stop my recurring subscription?
To cancel a 2Checkout recurring payment, contact us via cancellation@developmentaid.org as we will need to process the cancellation. Please ensure you email us seven days prior to the expiry of your membership in order to avoid the next installment being automatically charged. In the case of a PayPal subscription, please log-in to your PayPal account, My Profile, My Money and click on Set Automatic Payments to locate and cancel your subscription.
How can I become a member or upgrade to another membership plan?
Log-in to your account and go to Membership page. Click on Become a Member/Upgrade Membership. Select the package and the payment type you require. Click on your preferred payment method, enter the billing details and complete the order.
