Main Activities:

Centralized and assessed files and requests of all the personnel of the operations pillar before transmission to the operations manager.

Provided analytical report on the ongoing and pending operations.

Handling of inbound and outbound communications,

Constitute a workforce dashboard and make updates in collaboration with the personnel office.

Prepare the agenda and meetings of the Head of Operations and prepare meeting notes.

Highlighted burning issues and PowerPoint presentations for the operations Pilar.

Developed UNPOL operational plan for the general and upcoming local elections in RCA.

Coordinate with the Force for the escort of IPOs in deployed for in the field office.

Coordinate with the Force for the escort of FPUs during their rotations.

Provided induction training presentations for new IPOs.

Ensure the proper maintenance of archives in accordance with the rules and orientation of the organization.

Perform any other task assigned by the Chief of Operations.
