TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO INCREASE BUDGET TRANSPARENCY (PHASE II)
Position: Lead Expert - Public Finance Management Specialist with focus on Budget Transparency (195 WD)
General description of the position: Public Financial Management Specialist (with focus on budget transparency and oversight)
Qualifications and skills required:
- At least Master's degree preferably in public finance management, economics, public administration, or a related field. In the absence of degrees, equivalent professional experience in the sector, at least 3 years in addition to the general experience duration.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Public Financial Management.
Specific professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical assistance in Public Financial management, with a focus on budget transparency and oversight and public disclosure of documents in developing countries;
- Experience in at least 2 projects involving reforms on budget transparency and oversight.
- Working experience in Cambodia would be an advantage.
- Working experience in the provision of trainings would be an advantage
