Position: Lead Expert - Public Finance Management Specialist with focus on Budget Transparency (195 WD)

General description of the position: Public Financial Management Specialist (with focus on budget transparency and oversight)

Qualifications and skills required: 

• At least Master's degree preferably in public finance management, economics, public administration, or a related field. In the absence of degrees, equivalent professional experience in the sector, at least 3 years in addition to the general experience duration.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Public Financial Management.

Specific professional experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical assistance in Public Financial management, with a focus on budget transparency and oversight and public disclosure of documents in developing countries;
• Experience in at least 2 projects involving reforms on budget transparency and oversight.
• Working experience in Cambodia would be an advantage.
• Working experience in the provision of trainings would be an advantage
