Consulting services for IT Skills Development and Capacity Building

Objective
This assignment aims to enhance IT competencies and soft skills among young people across Uzbekistan by delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training programs. The Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT skills development courses that align with international standards and labor market needs.
The company must have a team of key experts:
- Project manager - 1
- Methodology expert for IT courses - 4
- Education manager (one for each of the technical areas) - 4,
- Online education manager - 1
The Consultant must provide a staffing plan with names, roles, and CVs for the core project team as part of the proposal.
Education/Logistics Manager
Key responsibilities
- The education manager will be responsible for collaborating with local training centers.
- Managing project operations to align curricula and methodologies with local contexts and achieve educational objectives efficiently.
- Monitoring the project progress and outcomes to ensure training programs meet quality standards and align with project goals;
- Preparation of reports to share insights, achievements, and recommendations with stakeholders;
- Organizing and managing the logistics and local coordination of training programs, ensuring the effectiveness, accessibility, and inclusion of addressing challenges in partner training center areas;
- Regularly monitoring and evaluating students' progress and program effectiveness;
- Working closely with local IT centers, government agencies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project realization and manage resources to meet milestones on time.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in education, project management, computer science, or any related field;
- Familiarity with Uzbekistan's IT education market and ITES development policies is advantageous.
- Fluency in Uzbek (knowledge of English and/or Russian languages will be an advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in educational projects in Uzbekistan, focusing on digital inclusion and quality assurance, will be an advantage.
- Experience working with education centers;
