Human Resources Development Specialist

Required qualifications: Master's degree (or higher) in health planning and management or related field. At least 5 years of practical and managerial experience in health workforce planning and development at the national level. Experience in developing health workforce standards and guidelines for health care institutions in Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries.

Desirable experience: Previous experience in establishing collaborations and partnerships in the health sector, working with recognized humanitarian organizations, international institutions or non-governmental organizations, especially in developing countries.

Skills/knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Russian. Fluency in English is preferred.
