Emergency Services / Referral System Specialist

Required qualifications: Master's degree (or higher) in health planning and management or related field. At least 5 years of practical and managerial experience in emergency medical services. Experience in strengthening the routing system for healthcare facilities.

Desirable experience: Previous experience in establishing collaborations and partnerships in the health sector, working with recognized humanitarian organizations, international institutions or non-governmental organizations, especially in developing countries.

Skills/knowledge: Excellent knowledge of English. Uzbek and Russian is preferred.
