Qualifications and skills

1. Master's degree in the field of Law or Engineering or Economics or Management or Public Administration or directly related discipline or Bachelor in the same field plus 3 (three) years of relevant professional experience above the minimum required under general professional experience.

2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken (at least B2-level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR- levels).

General professional experience

1. Preferably 10 (ten) but not less than 7 (seven) years of professional experience in the field of transport sector.

Specific professional experience

1. Preferably 5 (five) but not less than 3 (three) years of professional experience in delivering capacity building activities and/or training programs and/or leading or overseeing strategic or policy-level institutional processes; in the field of railway transport.

2. Managerial experience in at least 1 (one) project implemented in an EU Member State or Candidate/Potential Candidate Country in the field of railway transport.
