The Portuguese Association of Unmanned Aircraft represents and defends the interests of Associates with the Regulatory Authority, the ANAC, collaborating and cooperating with it whenever requested.
The association follows the main developments of national and international Authorities, entities, organizations, committees, working groups and associations that have a direct impact on regulatory activity, as well as on research and development in the sector of activity.The Association, together with its associates, prepares studies, institutional positions and opinions on the use of unmanned aircraft and their systems, in the recreational, sports, research and / or commercial aspects.
APANT intends to promote awareness actions among users in the various aspects, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, as well as the dissemination of standards and best practices aimed at the continued safety of the use of unmanned aircraft in Portuguese airspace.
