ORAAD Organization is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization in which had planned to work Ethiopia, initially the Somali regional state of Ethiopia and invest in a people through improved social services and create the last solution to the critical problems in food security WASH( water, sanitation and hygiene) shelter, NFIs , education, health and nutrition, agriculture, livelihood food security , protection environment, climate change , peace building, gender empowerments, coordination and NRM management. and key emergency and developmental program (all livelihood assistant program for vulnerable sector of the society) in the goodwill of women empowerment ,civic education and justice reforms and gender equality matters.

ORAAD is endogenous non profit making, non-religious, non-political humanitarian organization, legally registered and licensed as an Ethiopian resident charity in accordance with Federal Republic of Ethiopian Charity and Society agency. With proclamation No. 1113/2019, with bearing the number 4367 on August 19,2019.The purpose of ORAAD is to help the most vulnerable communities of Ethiopia to improve and restore their resilience and empower them their economic sustenance, as well as reduce their vulnerability and poverty.In the betterment of their livelihood in most vulnerable community while improving the life of dis-advantageous groups through the poverty reduction strategies in their economic and social life.
