Since its creation, the EUPD has constituted a corps of volunteers and multidisciplinary national and international experts to help village societies promote their social, economic and cultural well-being. It constantly contributes to professional training and the deployment of human resources in priority areas of grassroots community development. The priority targets of its interventions are young children, women and adults who make a living from agriculture in the ECOWAS region.
