About

Amnesty International is a global movement of more than 7 million people who take injustice personally. We are campaigning for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all. Migrants and asylum-seekers with rejected asylum claims were returned in violation of the non-refoulement principle. Concerns remained regarding the use of disproportionate force during the deportation of migrants. Government proposals for the creation of a National Human Rights Institution continued to be criticized for failing to guarantee the Institution’s independence. Amnesty International, Swiss Section, offers 12-month internship positions in the fields of campaigning, fundraising, finance, administration, documentation, training and communication.
