Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a National Consultant specializing in environmental policies to guide the development of Guinea's biodiversity finance plan. This engagement is part of the larger Framework for the Development of a National Biodiversity Financing Plan program. The consultant will lead the review of institutional and policy frameworks and contribute initial insights to aid the project leader in crafting a comprehensive biodiversity finance plan. This effort aligns with global biodiversity financing initiatives to enhance resource mobilization and optimize existing financing mechanisms, tackling both local and global biodiversity objectives.
