Design and Implementation of a Comprehensive Advocacy Campaign on Encouraging Green Transformation Action

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks proficient service providers to design and manage advocacy campaigns that raise awareness and propel green transformation actions across the Pacific region to foster sustainable development and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The campaign is structured to cover a multi-country scope, engaging target audiences in Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Timor-Leste, and Vanuatu with strategies that include community engagement through theatre, radio, and digital outreach. This initiative targets behavioral changes towards reducing fossil fuel reliance, promoting renewable energy, and enhancing climate resilience. Conducted under the substantial financial support of the Government of Japan, the selected provider is tasked to support and stimulate regional dialogues, underscore economic opportunities in green transformation, and magnify the project's visibility. Progress and impact will be chalked through structured deliverables focused on monitoring and reporting, with a goal completion date slated for December 2025.
