The engagement will require professional personnel, who, if foreign, should initiate appropriate legal processes in Peru to validate their professional standing. The firm should adhere to IDB’s procurement policies by providing a compliant and updated registration profile on the BEO Procurement Portal before the deadline on June 30, 2025. Joining ventures or consortiums ist permissible to boost qualifications. Lastly, the firm must provide essential technical capabilities, including possession of relevant software and infrastructure required for the project execution, such as laptops, Power Factory Digsilent software, and more.
