A team of professionals is required, including a coordinator, social specialist, environmental specialist, and a climate risk specialist, each fulfilling specific academic and professional experience criteria. The consultancy must involve no fewer than five socio-environmental evaluation services in similar areas. Access to the IDB's Procurement Portal is mandatory, and firms may enter joint ventures to enhance qualifications, designating a representative for communication and logistical management.
