Description
GOAL has been operating in Haiti since the catastrophic earthquake in 2010. Today, millions of people are still rebuilding their lives after both the earthquake and Hurricane Matthew which hit Haiti in 2016. In 2018, our 45-strong team (96% in-country nationals) managed a budget of €880K. Programmes concentrate on basic humanitarian needs, community preparedness and resilience. Recent years have also seen operations grow to include Sustainable Livelihoods.
