Description

The Emergency Rescue Recovery Programme Zimbabwe (ERRPZ) is a unique rescue and recovery emergence operation programme, focusing on poverty reduction and disaster preparedness and management. The organisation is community based membership initiative that was started in 2007 operating from its national office in Nkayi district in Matabeleland North Province. ERRPZ’s primary areas of geographic focus are Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South and Bulawayo provinces and the whole country where there are significant concerns poverty and disasters. But, for the greatest impact on poverty alleviation, ERRPZ selected wards in particular districts of operation. Prioritised districts are Nkayi, Bubi, Lupane, part of Hwange.
