Description
The priority areas of FAO's work in Bolivia are food security with sovereignty, family farming, climate change and sustainability, and food safety and animal health. FAO provides technical advice to Bolivia in the development of national policies that incorporate food and nutrition security with sovereignty. Also, the Bolivian government and FAO collaborate in the development and adoption of policies for the development of family farming to allow families to have regular access to quality public services for the production, marketing and processing of food.
